Please read these Terms carefully before using BzaarHaat. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NPSR Global Farm Fauna Pvt Ltd.
1. About BzaarHaat
BzaarHaat (www.bzaarhaat.com) is a B2B grain marketplace operated by NPSR Global Farm Fauna Pvt Ltd, registered in Bihar, India.
- We connect wholesale grain buyers with verified farmers, traders and suppliers
- We facilitate lead generation — we are NOT a party to transactions between buyers and vendors
- All final transactions occur directly between the buyer and vendor
2. Eligibility
To use BzaarHaat you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a legitimate business entity, farmer, trader or buyer
- Have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indian law
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
3. Vendor Obligations
As a vendor on BzaarHaat, you agree to:
- Provide accurate product listings — correct grain type, grade, price and quantity
- Upload clean product images without phone numbers, contact details or watermarks
- Honor prices and specifications listed on the platform
- Maintain adequate stock for listed quantities
- Respond to buyer inquiries transferred by our admin team promptly
- Comply with all applicable laws including FSSAI, GST and agricultural regulations
- Not list adulterated, substandard or misrepresented products
4. Buyer Obligations
- Submit genuine wholesale inquiries with accurate contact details
- Inspect goods before acceptance and raise quality issues within 24 hours of delivery
- Not misuse vendor contact information shared by BzaarHaat
- Honor agreed prices and quantities with vendors
- BzaarHaat is not responsible for product quality — buyers transact at their own discretion
5. Platform Markup & Pricing
- BzaarHaat may add a service markup to vendor prices displayed on the platform
- The displayed price (including markup) is indicative — final price is agreed between buyer and vendor
- Vendor registration is currently free of charge
- BzaarHaat reserves the right to introduce paid plans with 30 days advance notice
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
6. Content & Image Policy
- Product images must not contain phone numbers, email addresses, watermarks or misleading information
- BzaarHaat admin reserves the right to delete policy-violating images without notice
- Repeat violations may result in account suspension
- By uploading images, vendors grant BzaarHaat a license to display them on the platform
7. Prohibited Activities
- Listing fake, adulterated or misrepresented grain products
- Adding personal contact information in product images
- Creating fake accounts or submitting fraudulent inquiries
- Attempting to circumvent the platform fee structure
- Harassing, threatening or spamming other users
- Violating any Indian law or regulation
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to platform systems
8. Account Suspension
BzaarHaat reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Receive verified complaints from multiple buyers
- List fraudulent or misrepresented products
- Add contact details to product images after warning
- Engage in activities harmful to the platform or its users
9. Intellectual Property
- The BzaarHaat brand, logo, design and platform code are owned by NPSR Global Farm Fauna Pvt Ltd
- You may not copy, reproduce or use our branding without written permission
- Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant BzaarHaat a display license
10. Limitation of Liability
NPSR Global Farm Fauna Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Disputes between buyers and vendors regarding product quality, delivery or payment
- Business losses arising from reliance on platform listings
- Temporary platform downtime or technical issues
- Actions of third-party service providers
Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to INR 500 or fees paid in the last 3 months, whichever is higher.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Samastipur, Bihar, India.
We encourage dispute resolution through mutual discussion before initiating legal proceedings.
