1. Nature of Our Service
BzaarHaat operates as an intermediary marketplace. This means:
- We do not directly sell grains — vendors sell to buyers
- We do not process payments for grain purchases
- Financial transactions occur directly between buyer and vendor
- For grain purchase refunds/disputes, contact the vendor directly
2. Inquiry Cancellation
If you have submitted an inquiry and wish to cancel:

- If the inquiry has not been transferred to a vendor, we will mark it as closed
- If already transferred, contact the vendor directly to cancel
- We recommend confirming cancellation before vendor dispatches goods
3. Vendor Platform Fees
Currently, vendor registration on BzaarHaat is free of charge. In future paid plans:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
- No refund after leads have been delivered to the vendor
- Partial refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
- Processing time: 7-14 business days
4. Product Quality Disputes
For grain quality or quantity disputes:
- Inspect goods at delivery before signing any receipt
- Document discrepancies with photographs and timestamp
- Raise dispute with vendor within 24 hours of delivery

- We will assist in mediating between buyer and vendor
